(hereinafter referred as “Conquest”)
Dear Sir/Madam:
We understand and agree that Conquest will be making available to

(name of the Agency ) (hereinafter referred as “The Agency") access to its main booking system through Conquest Agent Online Booking on the internet.
1. Conquest will be making available a special password to the Agency for the Online Booking access so that it can be used only by designated Agent(s) within the Agency.
2. The Owner/Manager of the Agency is responsible to ensure that the password and the Online Booking access are used only by the appropriate Agent(s) for the desired purpose i.e. to make a booking on the Conquest System.
3. The Owner/Manager of the Agency is fully responsible to ensure that payment for the booking is made in a manner similar to the way it is done on the CRS system or by telephone booking.
4. In order to ensure secure access to the system, the Owner/Manager agrees to change the password as soon as a particular Agent(s) leaves his/her organization or the Owner/Manager of the agency feels that they are no longer responsible for the Online Booking access actions made by the Agent(s).
5. The Agency agrees to be bound by the obligations, which are applicable for the existing commercial relationship between the Agency and Conquest for all transactions relating to any bookings/cancellations made through Conquest Agency Online Booking access.
